Proudly Australian-Owned
Sustainable Streetwear Australia: Fashion That Gives Back
At EMPULSE®, sustainability isn't a tagline. It's the operating model. Every piece of our sustainable clothing is made to order in Australia, every material is chosen with intent, and every decision is measured against one question: does this respect the planet?
Less blue water used growing organic cotton vs conventional cotton
Lower emissions from recycled polyester vs virgin polyester
Less production waste from made-to-order manufacturing
Garments made until the moment you order them
Style With Purpose. Impact By Design.
Our Guiding Principles
Made to Order
No mass manufacturing, just purposeful pieces made to order. Nothing is produced unless it's needed.
Unique, Fresh Apparel
Every item is created specifically for you with premium fit, fabric, and finish.
Sustainable Fabrics
We prioritise organic cotton, recycled polyester, and Sorona®, printed with low-impact methods and delivered in compostable packaging.
Our Approach
Sustainability Built Into the Operating Model, Not Bolted On
Most fashion brands forecast demand, manufacture in bulk, then discount or destroy what doesn't sell. Global fashion overproduction generates an estimated 92 million tonnes of textile waste every year. EMPULSE® doesn't work that way.
Every t-shirt, hoodie, cap, and beanie is printed or embroidered only once it's ordered. No pre-made stock sitting in a warehouse, no unsold runs heading to landfill. We pair that made-to-order model with genuinely lower-impact materials: organic cotton, recycled polyester, and Sorona®, each chosen because the data backs the claim, not because it sounds good on a label.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are EMPULSE® garments made to order?
Yes. Every EMPULSE® t-shirt, hoodie, cap, and beanie is printed or embroidered only once it has been ordered. Nothing is pre-made or held as warehouse stock, which avoids unsold inventory and textile waste entirely.
Can I exchange or return a made-to-order item for change of mind or wrong size?
Because each item is produced specifically for you after ordering, EMPULSE® is unable to offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Faulty items are always covered under our returns policy.
Why does made-to-order production reduce waste?
On-demand manufacturing models can reduce total garment production waste by 30 to 50 percent compared to traditional forecast-based manufacturing, since items are produced only after a confirmed order rather than in anticipation of demand.
What materials does EMPULSE® use?
Primarily organic cotton, recycled polyester, and Sorona®. Each is selected for a measurable environmental benefit over conventional alternatives, not just a sustainability label.
Is EMPULSE® packaging sustainable?
Yes. Orders are shipped in compostable packaging as part of our broader commitment to reducing waste beyond just the garments themselves.
