Approve Artwork
Once you approve the quote, supply your artwork file. We confirm placement and send a digital proof for sign-off.

We Produce and Deliver
Most orders are completed within 10 business days of artwork approval. We ship across Australia and internationally.
Branding Methods
Decoration Options
We offer three decoration methods depending on your product, design, and budget.
DTF Printing
Direct-to-film printing delivers sharp, full-colour, detailed designs on AS Colour blanks and Sorona tees. Best for logos, multi-colour graphics, and photographic prints.

- Not available on Nike or Adidas product
Embroidery
A premium, raised finish that is durable and professional. Best for logos, crests, and text on AS Colour hoodies, polos, caps and bags.

- Extremely durable and wash-resistant
- Available on AS Colour blanks only
- Not suitable for Sorona fabric
Nike & Adidas Finishing
Heat-applied logos, player names and squad numbers on genuine Nike and Adidas teamwear. Finished through our authorised decoration process.
- Club logos, player names and numbers
- Genuine Nike and Adidas product
- Minimum 10 units per order
- Available on all Nike and Adidas teamwear
Artwork
File Requirements
Supplying the right file format ensures the cleanest result and avoids production delays.
Preferred
Vector files: AI, EPS or PDF. Fully editable, infinitely scalable.
Accepted
High resolution PNG or JPG at 300 DPI or above, on a transparent or white background.
Colour
Supply in CMYK for print. If you only have RGB, we will convert and confirm with you.

What is the minimum order quantity?
Most custom apparel and teamwear orders start from 10 units. Minimums may vary slightly depending on the product and decoration method. Include your quantity in the quote form and we will confirm what applies.
How long does a custom order take?
Most orders are completed within 10 business days of final artwork approval. If you have a firm deadline, let us know in your brief and we will confirm what is achievable.
Can I add my club logo to Nike and Adidas products?
Yes. We are an authorised supplier with full decoration rights to add logos, player names and squad numbers to Nike and Adidas teamwear. All product is 100% genuine and sourced through Australia's official channel.
What blanks do you use for custom tees and hoodies?
We print on AS Colour blanks, widely regarded as the best quality garments available in Australia for custom decoration. The range includes classic tees, oversized tees, hoodies, polos and singlets. We also offer custom printing on our Sorona quick-dry performance tees.
Do you offer embroidery on Sorona tees?
No. Embroidery is not suitable for Sorona performance fabric due to its stretch properties. Sorona tees are available with DTF printing only, which delivers excellent print quality on the smooth, quick-dry surface.
What is your return policy on custom orders?
Custom apparel is made to order and cannot be exchanged or refunded for change of mind. Faulty or damaged items are always covered. Full details are in our Shipping and Returns policy.
Do you ship outside Australia?
Yes, we ship worldwide via Australia Post. International shipping is charged at cost based on the order weight and destination.
