How much does custom apparel cost?
Pricing starts from approximately $49 per unit, varying by garment style, quantity, decoration method, and number of print or embroidery locations. Because every order is genuinely customised, we provide a detailed quote within 24 hours of receiving your brief.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Most custom apparel options start from 10 units. Minimums can vary slightly depending on the product and decoration method. Share what you need and we'll confirm what applies to your order.
How long will my order take?
Most orders are completed within 10 business days after final artwork approval. If you're working to a deadline, let us know early and we'll confirm what's achievable.
Are you an authorised Nike and Adidas supplier?
Yes. We supply Nike and Adidas teamwear through Pacific Team Sports, an authorised Australian distributor. We hold full decoration rights to add logos, names and numbers to these products. All branded apparel is 100% genuine and sourced through the official Australian channel.
What blanks do you use for custom tees and hoodies?
We print on AS Colour blanks, which are widely regarded as the best quality garments available in Australia for custom decoration. AS Colour authorises us to customise their products. The range includes classic tees, oversized tees, hoodies, polos, and singlets.
What branding methods do you offer?
We specialise in two decoration methods: DTF (direct-to-film) printing and embroidery. DTF suits bold, full-colour, detailed designs. Embroidery delivers a premium, durable finish for logos and text. Nike and Adidas teamwear uses heat-applied logos, names and numbers via our Pacific Team Sports finishing process.
How do I start an order?
Fill in the quote form at the top of this page with your garment types, quantities, branding preferences, and timeline. We'll review your request and come back with recommendations and pricing within 24 hours. You can also email us at hello@empulse.au.
What file format should I provide for my design?
Print-ready artwork at 300 DPI or higher is recommended. Vector files (AI, EPS, or PDF) give the cleanest results, but high-resolution PNG or JPG also work. Not sure if your file is ready? Send it through and we'll advise.
What is the return policy on custom orders?
Custom apparel is made to order and cannot be resold, so we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind. Faulty or damaged items are always covered. Full details are in our Shipping & Returns policy.
Do you ship outside Australia?
Yes, we ship worldwide via Australia Post. International shipping is charged at cost based on the postage rate for your order.
