Our Supplier Code of Conduct outlines the ethical and responsible standards expected of all partners.

Supplier Code of Conduct

1. Purpose


This Supplier Code of Conduct defines the minimum standards that all suppliers, subcontractors, and business partners must meet to conduct business with EMPULSE®.

Suppliers must comply with:

  • Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth)
  • International Labour Organization (ILO) conventions
  • Local labour laws
  • Environmental protection laws
  • Workplace health and safety regulations

Suppliers must ensure:

  • All work is voluntary
  • No forced, bonded, trafficked, or child labour
  • No withholding of identification documents
  • No recruitment fees charged to workers
  • Workers have the right to terminate employment
  • Ethical recruitment practices
  • Fair wages and lawful working hours
  • Overtime is voluntary and compensated
  • Freedom of movement is respected
  • No harassment, intimidation, discrimination, or abuse

Suppliers must:

  • Provide safe, clean, and healthy work environments
  • Conduct regular safety audits
  • Provide appropriate protective equipment
  • Maintain evacuation plans and emergency procedures

Suppliers are expected to:

  • Reduce waste, emissions, and pollution
  • Properly manage chemicals and hazardous materials
  • Implement environmentally responsible practices

  • No subcontracting is allowed without prior written approval from EMPULSE®
  • Subcontractors must comply with this Code of Conduct in full

Suppliers must maintain:

  • Accurate employment records
  • Audit reports
  • Compliance certificates
  • Worker grievance logs
  • Transparent disclosure of facilities and subcontractors

EMPULSE® may conduct:

  • Announced or unannounced audits
  • Facility inspections
  • Worker interviews
  • Documentation requests

Non-compliance must be corrected promptly. Repeated breaches may result in termination.

All suppliers must sign and return the EMPULSE® Supplier Code of Conduct before production begins.
