For the most accurate Nike teamwear fit, measure close to the body over light clothing. Keep the tape flat and horizontal. When between sizes, choose based on the intended use: smaller for a closer athletic fit, larger for comfort, layering or growing room.

Chest or bust Measure around the fullest part of the chest or bust, keeping the tape measure horizontal.
Waist Measure around the narrowest part of the waist, where the body naturally bends.

Inseam Measure from the top of the inner leg down to the ankle for pants and full-length bottoms.

Fit tips for teamwear orders

Prioritise chest for tops For jerseys, polos, hoodies and jackets, use chest or bust as the primary measurement if the body sits between two sizes.
Prioritise waist and hip for bottoms For shorts and pants, use waist first, then hip. Select the larger size if the player prefers more movement room.
