How Much Does Custom Apparel Cost?
Because every order is customised, pricing depends on garment style, quantities, sizes, branding method, and artwork requirements. For that reason, we don’t publish fixed price lists.

What Is the Minimum Order Quantity?
Minimums vary depending on the product and branding method. Some digital print options allow very low runs, while embroidery and specialty finishes may require higher volumes. Most of our custom apparel options start from as low as 10 units.

How Long Will My Order Take?
Production timelines depend on stock availability, artwork approval, and the decoration technique selected.

What is the return and exchange policy on custom t-shirts and hoodies?
Your custom tshirt or hoodie is made just for you — stitched with your vibe, your style, your call. That means we can’t resell it (and honestly, who else could rock it like you?). Unless it arrives damaged, it’s yours for keeps.
Can you print anything or are there restrictions on design?
Almost anything — but there are limits. No extreme nudity, no hate, nothing offensive or illegal. Keep it cool, keep it creative, let's keep it clean.
Should I use a computer instead of mobile to design?
We say go with a computer — Mac or Windows — for the smoothest ride and best results. Bigger screen, easier edits.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Building a global shirt empire kind of requires it. Please note, we are the mercy of Australia Post, you will be charged whatever we pay for postage.
Can you fix my Design?
Please provide print-ready artwork at 300 DPI or higher. We recommend vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) for the best results, but high-resolution PNG or JPG files will also work.
