How to measure
•LENGTH: Measure around the highest point of your shoulders, keeping the tape measure vertical.
•CHEST: Measure around the seam under the sleeve and pull the tape measure across the shirt to the seam under the opposite sleeve, keeping the tape measure horizontal.
•SLEEVE: Place one end of the tape at the top of the set-in sleeve, then pull the tape down until you reach the hem of the sleeve.

Description
Comfort-first and genuinely lower-impact. The Custom Relax Hoodie offers a relaxed fit with mid-weight 320 GSM fabric blend of 80% cotton and 20% recycled polyester fleece, saving approximately 8 x 500ml plastic bottles from landfill per hoodie. Features include a pullover style, drop shoulder, kangaroo pocket, and ribbed sleeve cuffs, complemented by a self-fabric lined hood and tear-out label.

Production & Shipping: Custom-made orders typically take 10–15 business days to produce, subject to availability and order confirmation. Large commercial orders will be quoted on an individual basis and are subject to capacity planning. A personalised confirmation will be provided for all orders.
Delivery Timeframes: Most orders arrive within 2-4 days (Metro Australia), 4 -10 days (Regional Australia). We use Australia Post and Sendle for all orders. All orders are tracked via courier tracking system (will be sent thru email).
Product Care
To keep your Empulse™ Core Oversized Hoodie looking fresh, holding its shape, and feeling soft wear after wear, proper care is essential. This hoodie is made with a premium blend of cotton and recycled polyester fleece—built for comfort, built to last.
Machine Wash Cold
Turn the hoodie inside out and wash with similar colors in cold water to preserve the bold Urban Blue tone and protect the fleece lining.
Use Mild Detergent
Stick to gentle detergents. Avoid bleach or harsh chemicals that can wear down the fabric and fade the color.
Skip the Fabric Softener
Fabric softeners can break down the fleece over time—keep that plush interior intact by skipping it.
Tumble Dry Low or Air Dry
For best results, air dry flat or hang dry in the shade. If using a dryer, use low heat to prevent shrinkage and maintain the oversized fit.
Do Not Iron on Print
If needed, iron inside out on low heat. Avoid direct contact with any prints or labels.
No Dry Cleaning Needed
This hoodie is made for real life. Keep it street-ready and low-maintenance with at-home washing only.
